中亞簽證教學篇 - 土庫曼, 烏茲別克

大家好 我之前果篇文章講俄羅斯西伯利亞鐵路既攻略，

反應都幾熱烈，同時亦都有人問過我中亞既資料，
有見及此,我之前去過3stan既中亞國家(土庫曼斯坦,烏茲別克斯坦,哈薩克斯坦) 。

今次就介紹下點樣可以拎到Turkmenistan同Uzbekistan既visa，
因為呢兩個國家既visa算係我去過咁多個國家最難拎，
前者有「中亞北韓」之稱，後者需要購買旅遊文件方可申請．

土庫曼斯坦VISA

烏茲別克斯坦VISA

主要大方向 :
我條路線係陸路由伊朗東去土庫曼,再去烏茲別克 (伊朗現時在香港有領事館,可以在港申請visa,同時可在德黑藩機場申請落地簽證15日,只需70usd,方便快捷)
換言之,我需要先申請烏茲別克tourist visa,再申請土庫曼transit visa

烏茲別克篇:
1. 準備邀請信
烏茲別克係世界上小數仲要拎邀請信(Invitation letter)先至可以申請到旅遊簽證既國家。
而要拎邀請信，係可以係網上搵當地既旅遊Travelling Agency去買。
有一個Travelling agency最好用既係叫”Stantour”( http://www.stantours.com/)
呢個travelling agency係專幫人搞Central Asia/Caucasus地區既邀請信，包括土庫曼斯坦，烏茲別克斯坦哈薩克斯坦等等。

以下呢個係我第一次send email俾個agency既Template:
Dear Sir / madam:

I would like to get the travelling support document from the agency. The below is my personal and travelling
information related to Uzbekistan.

Once I get the email from the agency and confirmed that it can issue a supporting document to me, I will transfer the payment in bank immediately. Thank you!

*你會發現，我粗體highlighted左Port of Entry果行，呢行係十分之重要！（因為會影響土庫曼斯坦既簽證）。土庫曼斯坦篇我會再講佢既重要性。

呢個係佢既reply:

Dear xxx,

Thank you for making contact. We will be glad to assist.

We can supply you with an invitation for an UZbek single-entry tourist visa

for up to 30 days against a fee of USD 40 per person. The invitation will be

issued within 10-14 days and sent to you by e-mail attachment.

Urgent processing (5..7 working days) is an option with double-payment, but

we cannot guarantee this and the visa will also cost up to 100% more.

****(佢話就話normally要等10-14日先拎到邀請信,但實際上由過數到拎邀請信果段時間,筆者只

係等左7-10個工作天。所以,盡量唔建議用urgent processing,又貴又未必有效)

The dates you set on your application will normally correspond to the ones

fixed on your visa. You will be able to enter and exit anytime within the

OUTER dates you set, for the number of times you apply for. We can normally

proceed with the LOI earliest 3..4 months in advance and it should be used

within 2 months.

STANtours Almaty / Ashgabat

**我果時係歐洲,佢send左個入數資料俾我,叫我去指定銀行入數。由於我去果個國家無佢地所要求我入數落去果間指定銀行既分行，而我又無當地銀行bank card，搞到我過唔到數,所以我要托香港既朋友幫我係銀行過數落以上果個account，再叫佢send張receipt黎。香港過數去外國account既手續費係十分之昂貴,我封LOI要USD40,但手續費係HKD400左右。

要準備既文件:

1. 學生證/入學證明書(我果時岩岩畢業未搵工,所以用呢個) OR 工作證明
2. PASSPORT PAGE1
3. 銀行入數紙

之後一次過attach過去俾佢,等左7-10個工作天就可以經email收到啦。
